All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer two shipping options to meet your institutional needs:

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included

Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (original shipping fees non-refundable)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following educational furniture items:
- Classroom Chairs & Seating: Including Classroom Chairs, Classroom Swivel Chairs, Chairs & Seating, and Chairs & Stools (due to hygiene considerations)
- Early Years Furniture: Specialized equipment requiring professional installation
- Custom-ordered or Made-to-Measure Items: Including bespoke classroom desks, storage solutions, and any specially configured products
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your educational furniture items:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return.
- Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different classroom furniture product:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement product you require (including product code if possible)
Note: You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged items plus additional shipping costs if applicable.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For payments made via PayPal, refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
- Institutional purchasers may request refunds via school purchase order credit if preferred
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
For international returns:
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
- Consider using the same carrier as your original delivery for easiest processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If your educational furniture arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
